Issue with Logstash Processing Updated CSV File

I am using Logstash to process logs from a CSV file and send them to Elasticsearch. Here is my Logstash configuration:

However, when I update the CSV file and add new lines, the resulting output contains parsing errors:

What could be causing this issue and how should I fix it?
