Graph view not displaying nodes on initial load

What Happened?

Graph view only displays nodes when re-toggling the node filters.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Create new graph
2. Go to Graph View
3. Click on Nodes and toggle filter (e.g. for Journals)

Expected Behavior

All selected filters should be visible upon initial load
