Forced to add input when setting up a number property field under a tag

What Happened?

When adding a number property under a tag I have to input a value otherwise it doesn't show up under the tag.

Reproduce the Bug

1. create new page "Book"
2. convert page Book into a Tag
3. add a property "pages", choose number.
4. Bug: now I'm forced to input a value.

Expected Behavior

I just want to leave it blank as this is my template (abstract) tag similar to how Tasks works. Strangely enough if I do the property "Author: text" it doesn't force me to input a value and works like I'd expect when adding properties.

Hi. After the given steps, I'm not seeing an input that I'm forced to input. For the convert page step I used the page menu option 'Convert to Tag'. For the add a property step, I used the Add property button under the Tag Properties section. Could you describe where you were doing these steps or share a video of doing these steps?

Hi, here's a video showing the issue. The video starts with just having made an empty page called 'book'. Then I 'Convert to Tag' and then I add a property 'noOfPages' and try and leave it empty by pressing enter (doesn't work) and then clicking outside of the input field, which makes it disappear, but not get added to the 'book'. However, as you can see in the video the property still got created. So I try and add it again with same result. It's only when I add a number to it that it gets added to the 'book'.
