Unlinked graph reappear on All graphs

What Happened?

After unlinking graphs, they disappear from the list for a moment and then reappear. When we click to unlink again, we are prompted that a file can be found.

Reproduce the Bug

1. create a some graphs
2. delete/unlink them
3. restart the app
4. Unlinked graph reappear

Expected Behavior

Reference to Unlinked graph should not magically appear.

Hi. I can't reproduce this with either file or DB graphs. Perhaps we can reproduce if you specify the graph type and name of graph that reappears
