Please add an Issues URL to metadata.json

Hello, my name is Bill and I work for Puppet.

We recently had a user open up a Puppet Jira ticket against your module. We think they opened the ticket against our Jira instance because clicking on the report an issue link on the forge links to our Jira instance by default if module authors do not use the issues_url metadata key in the metadata.json file.

Please consider adding data for this key so that users of your module can open tickets somewhere that you will see it.
