docker部署怎么设置代理地址

我尝试在src/instrumentation.node.ts里添加下面的这段代码：

并且在docker run时添加了代理的环境变量，在docker容器内部测试可以正常走代理，但是Lobechat中发送消息没有走代理，怎么才能设置代理地址呢？
