Blank page when trying to view experiment run history

What happened:

I tried to view the run history for an experiment and I get a blank page. Looking at the developer console, I see this error being generated:

The decoded error is:

Should have a queue. You are likely calling Hooks conditionally, which is not allowed. (https://react.dev/link/invalid-hook-call)

Reloading the page shows it's briefly visible before the blanking happens.

What you expected to happen:

The run history should load.

Where can this issue be corrected? (optional)

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Click on the run history for an experiment.

Anything else we need to know?:

Version 3.22.0.
