Unable to add tags to an existing experiment

What happened:

After successful creation of experiment through ChaosCenter UI, if you press edit, go to overview , add tags and try to save the experiment you get error experiment name should be unique, duplicate experiment found with name: <experiment>

What you expected to happen:

Tags updated in the experiment

I'm receiving similar behavior when using the updateChaosExperiment mutation on the GraphQL API.
