Select all (repos) in LFX Insight needs to be improved. #2094

Description

@jwagantall

At the moment, LFX Insights has the option to check the boxes for the repos to be analyzed.
We also have an "All repositories" option that allows you to view the stats for all repos.

It would be helpful to users, if the "All repositories" option checks all the repo's boxes instead of taking you to the results.

Here is the use case in mind:
The Hiero project, similarly to other LFDT projects, has a small number or repos that are governance/docs related. Often times, we need to only analyse technical repos (30 or so) instead of all repos. In this case, users could select the "All repositories" option (which should check mark all repos) and un-select the non-technical repos from their total. Instead, current users have to check the box for 30 repos every time which can be tedious.

An even better solution would be to allow labels on repos. This could allow LFX Insights to analyze based on repos under a particular label. This can solve the 2nd use case in mind: Hiero has 2 GitHub organizations, hiero-ledger and hiero-hackers. We have been wanting to add hiero-hackers in LFX Insights but the fact that we do not have an easy way to swap selections back and forth between repos from both organizations whenever we need to. We want to have the option of analyze the impact of both orgs in the Hiero project as a whole. Having labels, could help us analyze "all hiero-ledger" or "all hiero-hackers" or "all technical repos from both orgs", etc.
