Update Podman Container Tools repository locations

The podman, buildah and skopeo repos were moved into a proper CNCF github org: https://github.com/podman-container-tools

The site should be updated to track them and including other new repositories in this new org, i.e. https://github.com/podman-container-tools/container-libs

When going to https://insights.linuxfoundation.org/project/podman-container-tools it stills shows the old names in the repository name selection. It should show the names in the new org and have the new repos added there as well

Looks like the repos were updated to point to the org in the meantime by someone?
But now I do not see the github statistics for the contributors anymore
