Interface to configure bitcoin peers #1335
Description
This would provide an interface (mobile) to specify which bitcoin peers to connect using IPv4, IPv6 and onion addresses (with optional port), and an option to only connect to these peers. These peers are trusted for consensus validation for light wallets.
