Display spinner where fee is displayed in the lightning payment confirmation screen while waiting for queryRoutes

With https://github.com/lightninglabs/lightning-app/pull/1148 we currently don't wait for queryRoutes to finish. This can cause the fee estimate to be 0 when initially rendering the lighting payment confirmation screen. We should display a small spinner where `0` is displayed until a fee is set.
