Support Remote Key Sets

Do you plan to add support for remote jwksets through the web-token/jwt-bundle or by any other means?

Currently there are:

1. Web-Token Suite 4.0 support #1231 which does not add support for remote key sets
2. Spomky-Labs/lexik-jose-bridge which does support remote key sets but only for the 2.x branch of this bundle (also see Updated to make it compatible with lexik/jwt-authentication-bundle 3.* Spomky-Labs/lexik-jose-bridge#81)
3. OidcTokenHandler which seems to support remote keys sets for OpenID Connect and also uses web-token/jwt-library under the hood.

Could you shed some light on what your plans on this are? How should we move forward on a project which has its own service for issuing json web tokens and exposes the jwksets for services to verify the issued token?
