Successful handshake but all entities "unknown"

I am using a Wallbox Pulsar and ran into this issue where all the Homeassistant entities are unknown. At first, I figured it was the charger, but I setup MA OCPP Simulator, and the same issue occurs.

MA OCPP logs shows successful connection followed by currentTime notifications every second or so.

I was eventually able to get the OCPP integration working (mostly) with both a Grizzl-E Smart and a Wallbox Pulsar Plus. I'm not sure which step ultimately did the trick, but here are a few things that seemed to help:

• Charger ID consistency: I made sure the charger ID matched exactly between the OCPP integration in Home Assistant and the EVSE itself.

• Full WebSocket path: I specified the full WebSocket path, including the central system name. For example:
  ws://homeassistant.home.lan:9002/Central612

• Ready-to-charge state before handoff: I had to manually unlock the chargers and ensure they were in a "ready to charge" state before switching control to the OCPP server. If they were locked beforehand, they would handshake but not proceed any further.

• Restart after handshake: Once the handshake succeeded, I restarted Home Assistant and then plugged in the vehicle. That’s when data started flowing reliably.
