Asking for the readme of this project

I came from your DepthAwareCNN and looking for the baseline Deeplab. Can you provide the requirements and instructions of this project?
Does this project need to install caffe? Can you inroduce the usage of convert_from_caffe.py? Where to download the downloaded_caffemodel.caffemodel?
I am confused, the Deeplab-Pytorch code is exactly the same as the DepthAwareCNN code.
