Havent been able to reset PF and i have SS cleared to 0 #25

Hey, i got this issue with a dell battery that uses the bq8050, when i connected the battery PF is 1 and SS is 0 but i have not been albe to set PF to 0 and trying to write the default access keys to 00 dosnt change the 2F (i think it was that one) and it always reads back 17 17, i think i could be entering the acces keys too late, i mean with a delay of 5 sec while i write the 2nd part of the key and send ot to the battery
PS: sorry if this text is a bit mixed up, english isnt my main language after all and i would be very glad if someone could guide me as im kinda new to this
