Create extension to monitor state and references or rocker instance

Extension should

- Work only in dev mode
- Frameworks used
- Monitor modules used
- Should graph of application (modules relationships of consumption)
- Module drill-down for detailed informations about module its redux shape, running sagas, styles etc.
- Context which should be real-time editable
- All running references and instances in DLLs
