Fails, and based on discussions with the brew team, it looks like it's due to the way that valet starts the services so recently I did a complete cleanup, meaning that I removed, php, nignx, dnsmasq, valet etc. and started over I did then followed the installation: https://laravel.com/docs/12.x/valet. I also installed redis, mailpit and supervisord. I did do

Those services run as root because they need to control ports and services that aren't accessible as non-root. |
