Remove CriticalAddonsOnly toleration from the CDI pods #3909
Description
What happened:
The CriticalAddonsOnly toleration is added to the CDI pods which
affects pod scheduling and is against k8s best practices
What you expected to happen:
No CriticalAddonsOnly toleration should be present in CDI pods.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Install CDI operator and check each cdi pods to see the said toleration is the config.
