Runs but empty image stored

Hi, its a great app to help me learn how to build the camera functionality.

However, I run it exactly as is, but an empty image is stored in the folder at the end. So its creating the file name but I suspect something is going wrong with the URI section.

I'm still a total novice at app programming so please could you assist. It would be a great help to get this working.
