Some issue when rebuilding phases

Issue is when rebuilding phase 4:

• Check vim: cannot be reinstalled after first installation
• Check lfsbootscript: Rules file already exist.
• Syslinux: Is not coppied on rebuild... need check for packages copy...

This means that:

1. When you rebuild whole phase some of packages will fail 100%
   If it is an issue with ln the fix is actually just adding an -f option.
   But vim fails on make install, and lfsbootscript fails if runned second time (i think if it is exists it must just skip)
2. When using --start-phase it not checks if packages are copied to $LFS/sources folder
   I think it needs to be copied again or check for files that are not copied...

about problem 2.: it seems that it only copies sources when init-ing image file...
What if separate source copying to another function and just call it on init and on the start of each phase?
