does not work with Dungeon Fighter On-line

H'lo. I am cannot get steam controller to work with Dungeon Fighter On-line (https://www.dfoneople.com/?rel=intro). Inside game, setting say controller is connected, but no input when move joystick. *tap, tap* Why? I am on Manjaro Linux with SC Controller app install from yay helper.
