when i rake it

I do not konw how to resove this issue

Try resetting your XCode CLI Tools path

 sudo xcode-select -r

If that doesn't work then change the XCODE_PATH variable in the Rakefile like this

XCODE_PATH="/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer"
