Does this project have a maintainer?

@NoOne-dev @sent-hil @szkl Does this project have a maintainer?  The PR queue continues to grow over two years.  I maintain [awesome-ld-preload](https://github.com/gaul/awesome-ld-preload) and would be happy to work through the issues and PRs, either here or in a fork.  Let me know what works best.
