Legend does not update in Map/Globe

Bug description

Clicking on legends to select which legend is shown on map does not reflect immediately.

Steps to reproduce

Bug primarily created by zooming in on the map:

1- go to map/globe, zoom in.
2- Toggle any of the legends on Map's side panel
3- Changes on map does not show the legends immediately
4- On the bottom of the map, class="map-legend deckgl-legend" shows the same 5 legends regardless of toggle state:

• Startup Hub
• Tech HQ
• Accelerator
• Cloud Region
• Datacenter

Expected behavior

Map should update statelessly (immediately) by showing legends on the exact position/country on map and updating the legends depending on what legends are toggled on.

Obvious bug, needs someone to spend time going through all legends, it's not complicated - but time cruncher
I will defer this for now - as I am working on high value items
But i recognize the shortcoming
