Implement TTS

Is the microphone icon stardard for TTS? This looks really strange to me and unrelated to the real feature.

@kelson42 I have some additional questions related to this feature:

1) when to stop reading ?

Currently as it starts "reading" it will keep going, no matter what the user does in the meantime (navigates away from the page, loads another ZIM etc.) Is there any circumstance under which we should definitely stop this reading process? Some possible edge cases:

• the user deletes the ZIM file it is "reading from"

2) how to detect the language ?

The TTS reader needs to know which language to use to do the reading. One way I've found is that we could take the html's lang header tag for this. Do you think that is a good approach ?

I still need to find a good way to display the Pause / Resume + Stop buttons for this, that is accessible everywhere, and not overlapping with anything crucial in the app...

I think it should continue as long as "stop" or "pause isn't hit. Like a background video. We should have a proper live activity to allow to easily do that without having to go back to Kiwix itself.

I would (1) use the ZIM language and if this is a mul zim file, then, indeed rely on the HTML of the page
