CLI version of Kiwix

Just like how we have man pages and info pages... it might be interesting to have a version of a CLI based program for reading ZIM files.

man and info pages are text based with very light structure. ZIM files contains HTML content. It's possible already to use a text web browser like lynx connected to a kiwix-serve but an increasing number of ZIM files require javascript and even kiwix-serve's UI relies on JS. There is a /nojs endpoint that exists though but there's no search/random/suggestion I think.
