doc: add howto for creating a container

Description

We already have HowTo's for containers, this feature request is something else:

• As a tinkerer, hobbyist, or even professional
• How do I containerize my application?
• Can I prototype it with Infix?

After all, we do have a full-blown Podman on target. Why not use it to allow users to "drop in" their application (cross-compiled with a Bootlin pre-built toolchain) onto Infix and then run "containerize app" to get a container they can run, and even push to a repo.

Can you share some examples of things you might want to run this way?

Things that come to my mind:

• What about libraries and other support files that applications might need?
• Will the application be expected to know about its special responsibilities when running as PID 1? Should we do something cute by injecting tini or something?
• How does curiOS fit into this picture, it seems like a pretty lightweight way of getting started with building images like this. Especially considering that most apps will probably require at least a few dependencies.

Possible way forward here, which could be more useful to most power-users, would be to have -- an example container-builder-repository that users can fork and play with. "Drop your application here."
