Release for Tensorflow 2.20.0?

Describe the problem.

Tensorflow 2.20.0 was just released. tf-keras 2.19 is constrained to tf < 2.20. Reviewing the previous few releases, I notice that tf-keras makes a release a bit before tensorflow.

Is tf-keras support planned for tf 2.20.0?

Sorry to bump this, but also looking for a build of tf-keras for 2.20. Will attempt to manually build a wheel for now, but seeing if there's anything I can help with here given that TF 2.20 is out.

I was wondering about this too. UV found a tf-keras 2.20.0, but reports that it was 'yanked', so apparently not ready for release?

Hi, We are aware of the TensorFlow release and usually we plan the TF and TF-Keras release together.
For this release we were working on multiple changes and it got delayed, since all the below changes are done, we should be having the release anytime soon.

• Update Bazel version to 7.4.1
• Introduce hermetic C++ and CUDA toolchains
• Update protobuf to 5.28.3
• Introduce the new wheel building process.

I'm not able to test tf-keras at the moment due to an unrelated bug (tensorflow/tensorflow#99925), but installation at least works well. Thanks a lot for your help!

We will be continuing the release process parallel to the TensorFlow release plan. But we won't be having new features or bug fixes apart from security vulnerability fixes since we have shifted our development focus towards Keras 3.
