This is the error I encountered when submitting keras_hub. It contains a lot of implementations that don't belong to me. This is definitely not my mistake, it should be caused by keras-nightly.

This is due to the recent changes in the quantization in Keras, fix is on the way, you can track the progress here keras-team/keras-hub#2250
