Using the same model on medical Xra dataset

I tried to use the same model on different medical X-ray datasets

but unfortunately, i always get the same word of caption for any input image
Do you have an explanation for this issue ?

Here is my code on google colab using RGC xray dataset of 14747 training dataset and 3687 validation dataset.
