Moving over from LP:
Staff have requested for the metarecord hold option to be available on the mobile app. We have seen an increase in patrons placing individual holds for the same title across multiple records, which is causing unnecessary transits and patron/staff confusion. Having a metarecord option in the app will hopefully alleviate the issue.
