Add Regional Summary to iOS Weather Around Me Feature

Description

The web version of FastWeather includes a helpful regional weather summary feature in the "Weather Around Me" view that provides an at-a-glance overview of conditions across all 8 compass directions. This feature should be added to the iOS version for feature parity.

Current Behavior (iOS)

The iOS Weather Around Me feature displays weather data for 8 directional locations (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW) in a grid format, showing:

• Temperature
• Weather conditions
• Wind information
• Individual city data

Desired Behavior

Add a regional summary section that provides:

• Overall temperature range across all directions (e.g., "55°F to 72°F")
• Dominant weather conditions (e.g., "Mostly clear skies across the region")
• Notable variations (e.g., "Rain to the north, clear to the south")
• Wind pattern summary (e.g., "Light winds from the southwest")

Implementation Notes

Reference the web implementation in webapp/app.js:

• generateWeatherSummary() function (lines ~3850-3900)
• Uses temperature min/max calculation
• Groups similar conditions
• Identifies regional patterns
