[🐛 Bug]: 'Dismiss Until' doesn't return to firing when getting to specified hour

Describe the bug
When using the 'dismiss until' function in the alert operations, it doesn't change back to firing
To Reproduce
just try to dismiss an alert until a certain hour

Would also be nice if the hour you can choose would start at the current hour instead of 00:00 :)

Regarding the suggestion to have the time selector start at the current hour instead of 00:00, the default time for the 'dismiss until' option is set by rounding the current time to the nearest 15 minutes in the useEffect hook within the AlertDismissModal component ^[2]. You might want to adjust this logic to start at the current hour if that's the desired behavior.
