Multiple souces of truth for java dependencies

Java dependencies for generated code are specified in 2 places:

* The build.xml template used by kb-sdk init
* The build.gradle file, used by TypeGeneratorTest

Not quite sure how to deal with this, but ideally we'd have a single source of truth for the dependencies.
