Improve filtering out proper motion objects and report known transients in simple transient detection #15

Hello,
Feedback of last night for AT 2025ere : we thought the transient detected could be a good candidate for SN, interestingly it was a referenced Cataclysmic Binary : https://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/simbad/sim-id?Ident=V*%20CP%20Dra&NbIdent=1
Do you think there would be a possibility to :

make photometry using a reference catalog

then use Vizier API to filter out targets that are matching variable stars / cataclysmic binaries / high proper motion stars, just having a note that there is this kind of object in a 10 arcsec radius would be a good point for us to investigate.
Tell me what you think, we use your system a lot now and we try as much as possible to gain efficiency while not increasing too much our false positive rate.
