Revamp of Grafana Dashboards

I'm looking at https://grafana.mybinder.org and a some charts show No data, for example Service Level Objectives.

My understanding is that this happens because we moved servers a few times. I volunteer to update the charts in Grafana but I want to have the procedure clear.

1. Identify a broken chart, for example https://grafana.mybinder.org/d/KPtswm7ik/service-level-objectives?orgId=1&from=2025-04-25T10:41:10.524Z&to=2025-04-25T13:41:10.524Z&timezone=browser&viewPanel=panel-3
2. Fix the broken chart using the "Edit panel" feature.
3. Fetch changes using ./scripts/grafana-export
4. Commit changes
5. Send merge request

I believe that send a big merge request might make more sense to avoid conflict.

@minrk do you want to review the merge request when it is submitted? Or can I merge it?

A while ago I added a GitHub workflow to automatically run grafana-export https://github.com/jupyterhub/mybinder.org-deploy/blob/main/.github/workflows/update-grafana-data.yaml

It's disabled at the moment because it needs a GitHub secret to be added
