Sidebar shows duplicated section titles in JupyterHealth Software docs

@minrk the sidebar (https://jupyterhealth.org/software-documentation/) is accidentally duplicating the top-level section titles. It looks like MyST structure has nested headings that mirror the folder structure and/or the toctree structure at the same time.

For example:

• Under Tutorials, there is another Tutorials listed inside it.
• Under How-To Guides, there is another How-To Guides listed inside it
• so on

This creates an unnecessary extra layer in the menu. It should just show the main section once, with the actual pages listed underneath :)

@maryamv In myst.yml, instead of

    - title: Tutorials
      children:
        - file: tutorial/index.md
        - file: tutorial/local-exchange-deployment.md
        - file: tutorial/exchange-on-kubernetes.md
        - file: tutorial/openmhealth-bp.ipynb
        - file: tutorial/tutorial-cgm.ipynb

You'd want

    - file: tutorial/index.md
      children:
        - file: tutorial/local-exchange-deployment.md
        - file: tutorial/exchange-on-kubernetes.md
        - file: tutorial/openmhealth-bp.ipynb
        - file: tutorial/tutorial-cgm.ipynb

and so on, for the others.
