Observe Table Entries

Hello,
is there a "data" observe functionality? that is triggering after a number changes in the datagrid?
 from what i have read in the documentation and other issues here is that there is a selection observe but i did not find anything for the data.
My application would be that i want to synchronise a simple graph to the values given in a table.
