Feature Request: New Symbol like @ to return link that doesn't notify.

A symbol similar to @ but only renders the user/group/whatever link and does not issue a notification.

Benefits:

1. Autotyping [@]unreadableusername
2. Tracing
3. Custom labels (our admin made this work to issue alter egos during a forum game) @dude^{, The}
4. Forum Faq: The site mods are [@]mods. Admins are [@]admins.
5. I believe that [@]user is a spammer, look through his posts.
6. Please request invite to [@]group to participate.
