Can not document New mods added to existing games

Ceramics research can be researched but not documented, thus bills and production do not populate

Error: "Cannot document... assigned project not allowed here"
Error on both study desk and network terminal.

Debug Finish all research does allow pawns to study and complete bills but not document

This may be more of an issue with adding mods mid-save. I'm having the same issues with glass and light now.
I did reorder the ceramics mod and now its functioning as normal.
Will continue to test and see what I can find

The issue seems to be connected to mods added to a current save. Some have been fine. Others will have this issue after initially researching you cannot document.

Workaround: Select document technology recipe details. Clear all, then allow all. allows for documenting tech.
