Ruby errors and doesn't work

After installing the chart, I'm seeing the 4 loggly pods but they don't seem to send any logs to loggly. Additionally, in the pod logs I'm seeing this:

Are you still seeing these errors? I don't have my deployment setup so I can't repro this easily; nothing seems to have changed during that time...

I see these same warnings directly after deploying the chart, but the logs are being successfully sent to loggly.
