How to get the same app font (not code font) as in the official screenshot ?

Hi,

How to make GitFourchette use the same font for its UI (toolbar, sidebar, commit log, and changelist, not code) as in the official screenshot ?

It doesn't by default.

The UI picks up whatever Qt detects as the system font. The system font in the screenshots is Inter Display. Changing your system font depends on your desktop environment:

• KDE Plasma: go to System Settings → Text & Fonts.
• GNOME: as far as I'm aware you need to install gnome-tweaks for this.

If you want to change the font just in GitFourchette without affecting any other applications, you can hack style.qss (but I don't recommend this). In the Flatpak distribution, this file is located in:

/var/lib/flatpak/app/org.gitfourchette.gitfourchette/current/active/files/lib/python/site-packages/gitfourchette/assets/style.qss

Add this at the top of the file: * { font-family: Inter Display; }
