It would be nice to support RTL languages, maybe by using the hooks from bidi if that package is available.
The only thing that I can think of right now that needs to be solved is the itemize bullets, for instance the triangle pointing right, but maybe there are also issues with things like the section pages and so on. I guess the progress bars should also move in the opposite direction.
