My Devices Don't Show Devices / Connected Does Show Devices

Hi,
Got a strange issue.
Having two instances running each their Raspberry Pi, each Raspberry Pi with its own subnet.
One one instance when selecting My Devices the result shows all the Devices.
One the other instance when selecting My Devices the result shows no Devices except for the Gateway.
To see the Devices I have to select Connected.
I have tried to compare the two installation, so far I couldn't see any difference.

Suggestion(s)?

To clarify:

1. The number of Devices in the blue My Devices tile shows the correct number (13), but the list shows only your Gateway. Is that correct?
2. Are you using the SYNC plugin?

Could you please check:

3. Could you please confirm the value of your UI_MY_DEVICES setting?
4. Could you please confirm the value of the UI_hide_rel_types setting?
5. Could you please clear the cache (reload button in the header) and try an incognito window to verify this is not a caching issue?

Your questions led me to the cause of the issue!
Basically I am a fool!

First just to answer a few of your questions.

1. The numbers in respective the Blue and Green tiles are correct.

2. I am not using the SYNC plugin.

3. The settings of my UI_MY_DEVICES are
   

4. The value of the UI_hide_rel_types settings were the root cause to my issue, because I started to use the new Relationship Type feature introduced with the last release. Which by the way is brilliant!
   NIC and VIRTUAL were both set and I had started to use NIC and as selected the devices didn't show up under My Devices.

Apologise for this and for taking your time by a newbie!
