Hey there! The app is not ment to be a full fledged Jira client. It has a "Jira integration" which should work like this:

  1. As sprint planning etc. is usually a team exercise it is intended to be done in the regular Jira Web Interface. Creation of issues/projects or other things from Super Productivity is not possible currently and might never be.
  2. Super Productivity allows you to import issues (you want to check the settings) from Jira to your personal to do list
  3. The only changes Super Productivity makes to the Jira Issues itself (optionally) is setting the ticket status (done, in progress, etc.), assigning a user to a ticket and updating the time tracking stuff. If you need to change some…
