Creating a new task from link in a clipboard

What is the most effective way to create a task a task when I have a link in a clipboard?

Let say, I would like to avoid throwing in an integration for Jira (that's only example; I do have other links for portals not having integrations). It's easy for me to copy a link to it. And then, manually, I do:

• create a task fix: <paste>
• cut the "url" part of pasted data
• create task
• got to task's attachments
• add previously cut url

I am thinking of these use cases:

1. Clipboard with rich content/link

• use text as task name
• use url as attachment (type url) in task

2. Clipboard with text type

• use text as both: task name and attachment's url

This is an automatic url parsing pretty much. What you think, folks?

If you have the task as markdown you can paste it right in, e.g.:

- [ ] hjojo
- [ ] jajajaj

I actually started to depend on SP's attachments, it's a nice functionality to have a clickable link.

So my use case with an external resource is to add a new SP's task with url attachment like "fix this Jira issue", "read this article". And I care both: for context (urls text) and resource (url itself, link).
