Closing Projects?

I'm getting started using this for my day-to-day and am working on figuring out the workflows. I tried putting a bunch of tasks into a Project to organize things. However, how do I end a project? Is it just deleting the project? Is there a way to mark it as Done, Archive, etc? All of the tasks in it are complete, but I am curious if I can hide it but be able to pull data from it and resurrect if I need to?
