💥 Why reverting back to disappearing quotes after 0.1 seconds

After some time you actually added reappearance of quotes, for what I was really grateful because they stopped being useless and were actually written for someone to read, not just as cool cosmetic, but now they became useless again because no one is reading it in 0.1 seconds, they're there for nothing. It's probably a bug I hope you'll soon be able to fix but if not, and for some reason you reverted back to an option without reappearance of quotes then that is an L decision, no one is reading them at the speed of light, you can remove them all together then, it would have the same result, only without frustration that you gotta be a flash at reading to read them in 0.1 seconds.
