How to take Lunch Breaks?

Right now - even if I have set my Lunch Break timing from 14:00 to 15:00, I still keep getting reminders like:

every few minutes.

What is the recommended way to start and end a Lunch Break?
Or for that matter - the canonical way to start and end a 'Break'?

Best way is to step away from the computer :)

There is currently no additional reminder or anything. The Lunch-Break setting is only used for the schedule to make tasks flow around the lunch time.

I have not used the schedule feature yet - can you please point me to a reference for learning about how SP makes tasks flow around lunch time?

Would it be a good idea to not give idle/time tracking reminders during lunch break - as a feature?

The schedule feature can be accessed from the left hand menu. Best just to play around with it to get a feel.

Personally I like to see how much time I actually have been away, so I am fine with the current implementation. Tracking reminders during lunch break are not really helpful I agree though since I might NOT take a lunch break exactly when I scheduled it, it still could be useful. Not sure what an ideal general rule is here, and since it is not a very important feature, I don't want to overcomplicate things.
